Two days before we will meet within the Meta-Medicine network to rise the bar and inspire each other with the newest we have learnt.

It is such an exciting time to be alive! Meta-Medicine is not just about healing different symptoms. This is the time to get in contact with your true Self. It is time to recognize old patterns (could be the ones the body is showing you) and start to live a life that is true to yourself and therefore the whole world. This is the year to let your self blossom!

My session will be about the Endocrine system and how it reflects if you are not living your true life path (then it would be a stress and survival based system) or if you are living true life path (then it would be a system driven of positive hormones reflecting you are living a life you love).

I will address especially the Adrenal gland, which has two layers to it. The Adrenal Cortex and the Adrenal Medulla. The Adrenal Cortex is producing cortisol and that production is getting out of function when we have a conflict about feeling that we are on the wrong track. The nature is helping us not to go further down the wrong track! The Adrenal Medulla is producing adrenaline and noradrenaline and when you experience “Unstandable Stress” in life, then is affects the Adrenal Medulla in a way that you start feeling hyper-tension and the hormone production increases. This has to do with fight or flight and a pure physical survival life situations.

Would it be nice to get back on your true life path and start living a life that you love? Then that would also be reflected in the body and the Endocrine system would produce happy hormones with is supporting the body to flourish.
